Freshii - Ottawa

My graduation luncheon at Freshii on Richmond Road was fantastic! We had the pleasure of meeting Karla Briones, the owner, who was a wonderful host and welcomed us warmly. The food was fresh and healthy, and I especially loved their smoothies. The staff was very friendly as well.

I'm not sure if Freshii has recently changed their ingredients or if I just had a bad experience with an employee, but when I ordered the Oaxaca bowl from this location, it mainly consisted of just rice, corn, and BBQ sauce. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dish.

I love Freshi as a quick healthy option. I went to this location yesterday and noone served me. I walked in and the restaurant smelled like dirty mop water and urine. Three employees were in the back prepping food and noone noticed I came in to order. The music was so loud I couldn't get their attention. I ended up leaving because noone noticed me and the smell turned me off. I usually love Freshi but there's a tonne of other options in this neighborhood and I wont be back to this location.

Had a fabulous lunch at Freshii on Richmond Road yesterday! We were having a work celebration and Karla Briones, the owner cordoned off some tables for the 7 of us. The food was very fresh and healthy and the service by their staff was amazing! It was my first time eating here and I would definitely go back.

I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant - it was simple and fresh. I'm surprised I hadn't tried it sooner. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and I could feel the pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend giving it a try, as you'll definitely want to return!
