Equator Coffee Westboro - Ottawa

Love the coffee ? wish they had a better selection of food (muffins, bars, loafs etc)

I went into equator coffee at 7:30 am. As I approached the counter the barista looked me up and down with zero expression. No greeting,no smile, absolutely nothing. I had placed a topgoodtogo order and looked at my phone to show my confirmation. Unfortunately my order had been canceled 30 minutes before pickup. I was pretty disappointed at it as this was the second time they have canceled my order. I decided since I was there that I would order a coffee. The barista again looked right through me. I will never ever return to this location. It's unfortunate as I love to support small businesses.

Such a gem in Westboro!!!! One of the best coffee spots in Ottawa, seriously. The staff was wonderful and the coffee was super.

I blame Equator for turning me into a coffee snob and making me have insanely high standards for coffee now ? I actually can't get coffee from other places now, and it is a serious problem. GREAT coffee, super friendly staff, and great environment! The food is awesome as well. Love the breakfast wrap and their butter croissant.

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, reasonably priced, all organic..and best of all, everything is bursting with flavour! Arguably the best coffee shop in Ottawa!
