Elgin Beer Project - Ottawa

I recently went to the Elgin beer project on a warm Saturday night.It was the only place that I could find with a nice patio that wasn’t surrounded by girls in crop tops and guys with backwards baseball hats, so I felt safe: The selection of beers was fun and the Chef did an exquisite job at accommodating our culinary needs ? and for that I am thankful.But I am here to talk about the waitress. If I recall well, her name was Megs. She was alone and was serving a full patio and there were people inside to.She was unbelievable! It was like watching the girl from the video game Diner Dash. So props to Megan and her great skills. May you take it easy and get some rest girl;

The place is nice and supports local breweries. We ordered the corn dog, the salad and the burger. The salad was ok nothing crazy and the price was resizable but the portion is small. The burger was good the fries were a bit soggy and the corn dog was good. The service was good.

I came in tonight and ordered the chicken skewers with a salad, everything was so yummy! Chicken was tender and salad was so fresh!!! Feeling like a quick bite? This is your spot it will not disappoint!! Servers are all so friendly and tentative!

Came in on Monday at about 9pm for a quick beer, My server Stephanie was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the product and got me just what I was looking for quickly and pleasantly. Will be back just for her!

Very nice patio and chill atmosphere on those first days feeling like summer ! And great beers :
