Datsun - Ottawa

Really impressed by the food and drinks in datsun. the mai tai and tofu bao were delicious (although the bao were somewhat smaller than I expected). they have many vegan menu items or elements that can be made vegan with modifiers. the staff is super friendly and service was fast and efficient. the device and the ambiente are also very beautiful. I recommend reservations as it can be occupied.

I love trying out different foods and flavors, and this place is really awesome!

They have an updated menu now with a bunch of extra vegan options. I was super impressed in particular by the vegan dan dan noodles, the panang curry, the kombucha squash dumplings, and the fried cauliflower.

Felt like I wasn’t cool enough to be in here, which is silly because it’s not a cool place. Super hipster, dark and loud with mediocre food.

Our server was very courteous and offered helpful modifications. We ended up ordering a second round of everything because it was so delicious!
