Dana's Indian Cuisine - Ottawa

Most of the food we ordered was fine, some of the meals were better than others naturally. However the Kheer tasted old and bitter. I was not expecting a western level of sugar but I was hoping for a little sweetness. Despite my overwhelming disappointment with dessert the food itself was great, and their late hours are great too. Will definitely order again, just without dessert.

The worst chicken biryani I had in Ottawa. I ordered it for me and one of my guest and we both got super frustrated by the taste and smell.

I ordered from Door dash and regardless of all the bad reviews I saw about this restaurant before ordering, I decided to give it the benefit of doubt because of the good review just before mine that sounded convincing. But WRONG! Don’t trust the 1 of 10 good reviews. Listen to the majority!! I ordered the Butter Chicken w/ rice, mango lassi and Egg fried rice and only the Butter Chicken and rice came. It came watered down tasting and the chicken was so dry and unseasoned. Save your money and your time and get something else.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly, but unfortunately, the food did not taste good. I'm sorry to say, but it was a waste of money. I recommend improving the quality of your dishes.

I ordered delivery at 3:30am and was initially worried due to some negative reviews, but they were exaggerated. The butter chicken was absolutely delicious and exactly what I was craving late at night. The chicken and sauce were perfect, and the naan was large and tasty. It was the perfect meal after a long work shift. I highly recommend trying the butter chicken from this restaurant. I am thankful they are open late and appreciate the quality of their food. I devoured it in 5 minutes, it was that good.
