Cafe Cristal - Ottawa

Had a lovely High Tea. When we arrived we found out that they were having trouble with their system and they hadn’t had a pop up about our reservation. Instead of telling us we couldn’t have our tea they VERY graciously said they would get it ready ASAP and it would be on the house. We had a blast. We will definitely be back!Vegetarian options: Similar sandwiches as with the rest but had extra veggies added. They brought the Vegetarian sandwiches out on their own board with a selection of desserts.

The iced mocha was the perfect mix between coffee and sugar. I found it very smooth compared to other iced coffees I've had. The atmosphere was beautiful with a blended mix of elegant and cosy. Great place to talk, although might be a bit noisy to study.

We had an exceptional experience at Café Cristal this morning. Definitely a restaurant in an area you wouldn’t expect it to be in!The food was quite delicious and served fairly quick. The prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was on the cozier side, but still ample seating.I would absolutely come back!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options

This was a pleasant surprise! Good quality food, plenty of appetizing options and the service was fast and easy. Tables are spaced out enough and the atmosphere was just as you would imagine a busy Cafe to be.
