Burger & Shakes - Ottawa

Tonight was a huge disappointment. The fish was overcooked and lacked flavor. It felt like eating leather. For the price of $100 for a family dinner, we expected better quality. We would not have paid if we knew the food would be so bad.

Friendly service and food prepared in front of you. Can't go wrong. Excellent place for quick bite or take out.

Homemade burgers that taste like beef, good poutine. Gets really busy in warmer weather with the high school kids across the road.

We are regulars; the patties are real and generous. The choices are varied from junior to double or triple patties if you request it. The fries are home cut and finally...the shakes are rich thick and made from various ice cream flavours. Service is always with a smile from the team and the owners; they opened a second location in Barrhaven. I would chose these burgers over anything else bc they have the BBQ flavour you're looking for and are perfectly grilled!

Our family enjoys B & S burgers a lot more than the always popular 'The Works'. We have found that B & S burgers are tastier and a lot more juicy! They are also known for their shakes, which my kids love.....and their chicken shawarma (made with skewers of chicken) which I love. If you're looking for a yummy lunch and friendly staff....give them a try, they won't disappoint!
