Burger King - Ottawa

Slow AF drive thru, you need to pick up the pace, it shouldn't take 15 mins to get food!Here I am again, back almost a year later and I'm the second car in the dive thru line and it took 15 minutes to advance ONE car! You can't understand the person taking orders. Avoid this place at all costs!

I revisited this restaurant on November 11th and used the drive-thru. We tried to order Whoppers, but were told that the meat machine was broken and they were not selling any meat products. We ended up ordering chicken sandwiches and fries. When we got to the payment window, we saw three employees sitting on the counter chatting. After paying, we waited 15 minutes before being told that the fries were almost ready. There were about 7 cars waiting behind us during this time. Another customer approached the window to ask about the wait and was rudely told that they were short-staffed. It was frustrating to see employees chatting while there were so many cars waiting, and the food was cold when we finally received it. If their grill was not working, they should have closed for service instead of keeping customers waiting and serving cold food.

Subpar service and extremely slow drive thru. They were doing 1 car at a time from speaker to service. Full staff at 12h15. Took over 15 min for a burger and fries and I used the app 5 minutes before getting there.

Finally a good place for a chicken sandwich. Everyone I ordered was hot and fresh. Fries are much better then McDonald's.
