Arby's - Ottawa

The service is friendly, the dining areas are clean, and the food is delicious. In short, it's a simple yet enjoyable experience.

On November 11, 2023 at 6:21pm, I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

After not having Arby's for years, I was delighted with the quality of their beef sandwich as well as the customer service; not your typical greasy fast food spot! ?Their drink machine also had cherry coke ? and many more non-soda options than normal, including a few types of Goldpeak iced teas, lemonades, fruitopia.I got a single sized beef and cheddar sandwich and it was awesome, but I'd go for the classic roast beef double sandwich next time.Vegetarian options: They specialize in roast beef... not the spot for vegetarians.Parking: Plenty of free parking all around the restaurant!

This is the only Arby's in Ottawa so I wanted to try them. Location was ok but the burgers were also just ok. The curly fries were overdone.

Everything was fresh and staff were great. Cant go wrong with the classic roast beef sandwich and curly fries.
