Worst tim’s in citycashier charged me 55$ for a coffee and bagelslow servicesad really

I went here on July 21st around 10:23am I placed my other and after watching both employees talk to each other and laughed I mentioned to one of them to take care of customer and talk after. Her reply was how do you know it’s not important you got your order so leave. This is not the first time I’ve been there and they talk before attending to me but today was overboard. I think staff was very disrespectful.

Very dirty in store customer service very slow. Employees to busy speaking to each other. 2 people in walk thru 5 minutes for an incorrect made coffee.I'd prefer a different location.

Terrible place. Washroom was filthy,,dirty,,smelly. And when brought to attention of manager,,got a shoulder shrug,,disgusting,,this is Canadian icon,,managed by foreigners!!

When we went there they had barely anything in stock. They couldn't make anything but grill cheeses as sandwiches even tho it was lunch time. They only had 2 employees working, and they had no drivetrue. Overall a poor experience.
