Luisa's Burritos Bowls - Ottawa

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant today, which is unfortunate because I have enjoyed their food in the past. I ordered a bowl for delivery, but when it arrived, it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and asked for a replacement, but I was put on hold for 15 minutes and passed around to 4 different people before speaking to a supervisor. The supervisor offered me 50% off my next order, stating that the burrito is basically the same as the bowl. I insisted on a replacement and he agreed, taking down my address and phone number. However, the replacement never arrived. They did not rectify the situation and even tried to blame me for the issue. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

First of all, the food was quite tasteless. When I received my order from Uber Eats, I found only two pieces of haddock in my bowl after paying an extra dollar. Moreover, when I tried to eat one of the pieces, I discovered that the entire bowl was not warm. Despite this, I thought it was still edible until I bit into a piece of hard plastic. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant again.

Admittedly I was confused by Luisa’s at first because it’s in the same restaurant as Mad Radish and I assumed that meant they were the same thing, imagine my surprise when it ended up being two very different food options! I think that concept alone is really neat and it gives you more options depending on what you’re in the mood for. The El Dorado burrito is my personal favourite and I really missed it when they ran out ? of beef and it was no longer there. However I’m glad it’s back and better than ever. 5 5 stars for the service, the food, and the staff are super helpful friendly. Would highly recommend for anyone looking into salad places!!

This place is great! Atmosphere is amazing and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Their burritos are pretty good, a lot of different toppings and some twists if you decide to build your own and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Tried both the Flaming Batata Burrito and (the next day, reheated) the Vida Verde Bowl on an Uber Eats coupon. Both were excellent, really appreciated the flavours in the Batata: usually sweet potato goes for a 'safe ' and neutral option, but there were a few cool opinions in there for my tastebuds to consider. Pastries by Mad Radish were excellent. I wish they also offered delivery via competing apps as well since I prefer using others.
