Kfc - Ottawa

When you first look at the place, you know that you will get pretty mediocre food and service. The pieces of chicken were tiny. The fact that you can't sit at a table, and eat there is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend people to eat there, go to other KFC restaurants.

Frustrating to be sitting in line forever while phone orders are prioritized. Better to stay home and order you would get it faster. The staff seem perpetually harried and unhappy.

Awful customer service. The people working the cash are extremely hard to understand. They have to constantly ask the large woman in the kitchen if they have certain items in stock but she refuses to answer the cashier until she is done making all the delivery orders. I had to wait an awkward 5 minutes for her to take 2 seconds to check that they have spicy chicken strips. The cashier just folded his arms the whole time staring at me. The chicken and fries were soggy, and out of 6 pieces of chicken there were only 4 actual chicken pieces. Two of the pieces were small nugget sizes with tonnes of batter. Overall a very bad experience.
