Came here for the first time on a trip to Ottawa. Originally we made our order and let them know we would sit and wait outside for our beverages. It had been sometime and when we went to check on our order it turns out they had forgotten.Not only were the staff here kind and courteous, but very quick to rectify the issue and gave us vouchers for beverages for the next time.Our coffees were freshly made and delicious. Overall very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

I've come here many times and every single staff person I've dealt with has been lovely. Great customer service.The food is mediocre, tea is good. They do a good iced earl grey.
