I think if you drink sugary coffee you will like this place because you cant taste the shot, but if you order an unflavored latte and expect someone to care about the hot shot they just pulled... forget it! Usually tastes burnt. I started buying icedcoffee to get around the burnt shot but a few times the iced coffee has even tasted off. I refuse to go to starbucks! Please JJ,please, I know you guys get busy, but I will wait 5 min for a perfectly pulled shot! I do mostly go to the drive thru locationso perhaps the main store is different.
