Riverwood National Grill - Otsego

Service was slow and awful. Took forever to get our drinks and then they came one at a time rather than our whole group all at once only 4 adults and 2 kids and we just ordered sodas and beers). We had the fish fry. It was ok but not great. Portions were quite large. Little girl in our group wanted ice cream for dessert. It took at least twenty minutes to get the waitress to come back to tell her the choices and after she ordered a simple ice cream sundae it took at least 45 minutes to get it and that was after complaining twice.

We live about 10 mins away and love this place. My wife and I have gone here for over a year and have nothing but a good experience. We've tried almost everything on the menu. The staff is great and the food is great. Service is fast and polite! If you need a good place to dine that's fast, cheap, and polite go here!

We love the expanded menu and hours. The patio views are outstanding and it's a great casual, local bar and restaurant. So glad to see a packed house a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed the fish fry and fish tacos. Our kiddos loved the snack basket behind the bar too.

We sat ourselves as the sign said. We were greeted by a waitress. 15 minutes later we were still waiting for our drinks as the bartender just sat and talked to other staff at the bar. The waitress even said we needed drinks and the bartender still never made them. We ended up just walking out after 22 minutes with out even a drink served or getting our meal. Too bad because the cook and food our so great. Just poorly staffed. FYI: only one other table in the restaurant. So plenty of staff, the bartender just didn’t feel like working ?‍

Had a reservation for 6pm, it's currently 7:22pm and we still do not have our food. Our waitress brought our drinks right away, then forgot the cranberry juice. Finally brought it after being flagged down, said she'd bring a pitcher of water, but hasn't been back to the table for at least 30 minutes. I think our order was put in around 6:30...I'm hoping it comes out hot. Thank goodness my 3-yr-old has patience tonight, but she is complaining about being hungry. People who have arrived after us have already gotten their food. We can't even catch a waitress to ask.
