We stopped here on the way home from Pullman. It was surprisingly good and the service was great. The atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant, and I was bothered by flies but it was hot out and a door must have been open. Checo's is a great place to eat! Good food but not always fast food...if it is full but they are much faster than they used to be....when you cook from scratch this is to be expected!
