Wade's Diner - Oswego

*This review isn?t about the food or service. We go here because my kids love eggs Benedict and they have it. I know it?s a very popular spot and people love it. I?m not a diner person, and I have never eaten their food. So my review is about the poor ventilation. The smell that hits you when you walk in, yikes. It is so strong that I spend the whole time anxious to get out of there. I have to strip everyone and bathe them as soon as we get home. Not worth it to me, but it is to the kids.

I have been coming back every year for the past 8 years, same thing ham and cheese omelette home fries and raisin bread with a pancake. Wades never lets me down, Phenomenal service, amazing food, warm atmosphere. Will always stop by when I visit town. Thank you for being my go to breakfast tradition.

Fantastic place to eat. Highly recommend the cinnamon swirl pancakes if you don't mind a bit of a wait for them ?

Wade's Diner is a great mom and pa restaurant. I'm just disappointed they don't cook grits. They have the instant Quaker grits. They make them in the microwave. That's not ok coming from someone that lives in South Carolina. I love homemade grits!

Had 2 egg meatlovers omelet: huge, hot, and heavenly. Cinnamon raisen toast was lovely. Biscuits and gravy were very tasty, as was the chorizo hash. Coffee was great. Would love to return the next time I'm in the area.
