Mcdonald's - Oswego

I have a family of four, so our orders can be quite large when we visit this restaurant. That said, I can understand if my order isn't perfect every now and then. However, the McDonald's at the Oswego, IL location (Store 20065) has consistently gotten my order wrong almost every time I've been there. Be cautious as a customer! The staff at this location seems indifferent to customer service. Even the manager appeared unconcerned about the issues I faced; he merely claimed to have resolved it, but what he really took care of was losing a customer.

I ordered some appetizers for pickup, and I was impressed by how fast and efficient they were with my order. They did miss one item, but they realized it before I even had to ask. Technically, nothing was really missed; it was just that I had to make two trips—three bags and a beverage holder for just a few appetizers, which felt a bit excessive. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but they handled the situation well.

However, the shift manager and the rest of the staff handled the situation exceptionally well. I was really impressed with their professionalism and calmness under pressure. I hope the General Manager or someone in charge takes the time to acknowledge this wonderful team. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work, especially given the staffing challenges that many businesses face. Keep up the great work!

I've never encountered any issues with my orders at this restaurant, and the staff is consistently friendly. The food is always fresh and served quickly. I regularly visit this location near Orchard.
