Panzerotto Gourmet - Ostuni

Great location in the center of Ostuni. The server was super friendly. I ordered an Adriatic panzerotto which was delicious. I really have this very original fried bread. The filling is generous and the price is right. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one but different. This place is fully validated Food: 5 Service: 5

We decide to stop in this place to eat the famous panzerotti. They tell us that we will have to wait 10 minutes for the orders. No problem, in the meantime we choose. Quite a wide choice and with quality ingredients, at least on the menu because that wasn't the case. The waiter arrives to take the order, and tells us that the classic dough is not available (there are only the special doughs which have a price increase), and that they don't even have fiordilatte mozzarella (they were at the beginning of the service, not at the end)... We order something with various modifications based on the ingredients they have... we wait 40 minutes for 2 panzerotti (3 tables were occupied with a total of 6 people, including us)... the next table ours orders two coffees, one of which is latte. The waiter says there is no milk... We go to pay the bill... 1.5 euro cover charge for a paper placemat and a plastic cup plus the surcharge for the special dough. The cover charge can also be accepted, but they could have at least avoided the surcharge for the special dough since we were forced to take it like this...
