Applebee's Grill - OSSEO

A little slow on beverage refills. very few patrons at the time. eating was very good as usual. the small Woton chicken tactics... mumie! barrier-free: very easy access over the chair. my partner was in a chair. very accommodating.

We ordered out climbed chicken wings and each order had less than we ordered. I guess that count has become a problem with applebee 's. I called and did not contact the responsibility for the mistake. so much to eat well in the neighboring.

Do not buy anything you can eat, boneless wings, it is an ass. When they get the first plate, it looks good, but if they ask a second, they make them long enough to not hang, and this is the sum when they get them the second plate it has only 5 boneless wings oh does 5 boneless baked meat with no skin

I have been going to this applebee for many years and has been pretty good until recently. today we arrived and asked for one standing, the hostess or sitzer brought us to a table, yes with 4 chairs, not one standing! again we asked about one standing and he really didn't know what to do, so we decided to have a high table where we might now sit for 15 minutes, with no one who noticed us. During this waiting period, the Hostess/Seater would record a family in a stand where a server immediately showed. at this point we have long been ignored and gone! but when we left the bartender, the bartender asked us if we wanted to sit on the bar, we sat 5 feet from the bar, he sees us abandoned, but doesn't look at our table sitting without service! that was terrible and applebee should get some people in there who know what the grasp customer servive means!

Ordered take out from this location. One order was supposed to come with fries. They were not there. The French Onion soup was good, but did not have the crouton or melted cheese shown in the photo online. Soup container was only half full and cold (needed to be heated before eating). We only live 5 or 6 minutes away. Missing items are difficult to resolve when you don’t see them until you are back home. Food did taste good but takeout that is not complete is very frustrating.
