Gyro Beach Cafe - Osoyoos

The owner/cashier was overhauled and bitter right of the get-go. In my opinion, this guy obviously hates what he does and it translates how he treats his customers and the bad food quality he delivers. We went quietly and had to turn off from the owner when he spoke rudely to my husband and daughter. Obviously he is lost touch with the fact that customers pay his bills and will not return. Always. Obviously from previous reviews, past customers share the same feeling.

After a day on the beach to this café. The cashier (who appeared as owner) was annoyed to people who were wrong. He said there was a mark to wait in a certain place. The woman in front of us explained that it was not very visible as it was made of chalk and that people had gone beyond them. The cashier made a noticeable comment to the lady and told her to wait for her food. Later a young girl went where the ice cream was and asked if she could buy it. The cashiers sarcastically said yes, yes, while making a childish and ignorant face toward the girl. The young girl looked at us and then said good. After waiting for the Quesadillas for 10 minutes, I found parts of it unpredictable and rock-hard. Prices were very high for the quality of food. The service was something bad I've ever seen and wouldn't recommend making changes. If you are looking for a place to eat, there is a Boston Pizza just steps from the café. Often there is a food truck when you go to Boston Pizza and left at the intersection.

The owner or worker at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional. When we requested two pizzas and a salad, he rudely and angrily informed us that the cook was not feeling well and could not fulfill our order. He went on to label us as "Typical Persian people" to other customers, despite the fact that I am Italian. This behavior is not acceptable when dealing with customers of any race. The owner should be ashamed of speaking poorly about his own people or any other ethnicity in this manner.

Today I ordered two pizzas and asked for salad! The owner answered us with a very high voice and became angry at us for no reason! because his staff cannot make salads!! He called us with our terrible staff. This owner should look at himself... on the mirror, as he is not a Canadian and is of different nationality, so he cannot respect other nations that I hope, with the anger he has, he flows food safe regulations!

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly unfriendly and refused to allow us to sit unless we purchased a large amount of items, despite there being plenty of empty tables. They were rude and disrespectful to customers, practically pushing us out the door. The aggressive staff even used foul language towards me and forced me to buy something, not even allowing me to sit with my friends. I would not recommend dining here unless you enjoy eating soggy nachos and inedible hot dogs.
