Great location for whale-shark experience. Less than a 10 minute walk away. Staff were very helpful with arranging transportation and whale shark tour, as soon as we checked in. Free hot water for coffee. Would stay here again. Air conditioning was a little loud and a lot of street noise but that was to be expected based on location. Service: 5

Very accommodating staff. Book our stay thru Agoda. The staff gave us assistance in booking whale watching and Sumilon Island hustle free. They have an ATM on site. The rooms are spacious and clean. Service: 5

Stayed one night for whale shark watching. Pro: 5-8min walking to the whale shark watching spot. People are very helpful and friendly. Bed is comfy, sheets are clean. Con: there is a strong moldy smell in the room, probably because of lack of ventilation in the bath room. i tried to change room but only to find out they all smell the same. Cold shower, and pressure very low. Locate on the side of the street, noisy at night. I could bear all the other minor things but not moldy smell since it can be harmful to health.
