Typically Marche tavern, specifically from Osimo, with a limited menu, aimed at local tradition. Excellent appetizers with typical local products, delicious first courses with pasta, vincisgrassi and handmade tagliatelle and exquisite second courses such as, for example, Canepina tripe. Until the 1970s the place was used as a rustic wine bar, where the old people renewed their good times, while the kids stopped to enjoy a spuma . A neat trattoria has been created where it is possible to taste classic Marche dishes, from vincisgrassi, to rabbit, to tripe. I really appreciated the tonnarelli with Fossa cheese cream, accompanied by a good house Conero red wine. The prices are honest.
