Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Oshkosh

We decided to go back to the Red Robin in Oshkosh and the service was much better.

The location was very close to the HWY which was great for a quick sit down dining experience.

The only reason I am giving this a one is because of the manager She was the redeeming factorOur server was Brandon.

Great place to get burgers, fries, and salads. Don't forget the appetizers. Highly recommend the towering onion rings and fried pickles! We had an amazing experience. If you want great service with a smile Seth is your man! He will make sure your drinks are full and your food meets your expectations. The manager walks around to make sure customers expectations are met when it comes to their dining experience. Some upgrades could be done, but overall staff and food is what keeps people coming back! Thank you Seth! You rock!

We went after a terrible loss of our conference game in Green Bay. We were seated right away. My sister and I ordered oreo shakes and mine had mint in it. Then we all ordered well done burgers and two of them were seriously pink on the inside. My sister ordered sweet potato fries and received regular ones. We told our server about it and she said she entered the right thing. The manager brought my burger out after it was redone and I checked it and it was done to perfection. The manager was very understanding and took 20% off our bill and paid for my husband's as well. We have been here several times and never had a bad experience. The manager handled it so well and I am grateful. Most managers would have just remade the burger but gentleman went above and beyond what I expected.
