Mcdonald's - Oshkosh

Great service! My kids and I stopped by for a quick meal on our way home. I accidentally dropped my daughter's shake on the floor, and the staff was fantastic about it. They cleaned it up (I offered to help since it was my fault), and when I went to pay for a new one, they said not to worry and replaced the shake for free. We'll definitely be returning!

This is the closest McDonald's to my home, so we typically go there for convenience. We've been living in this area for about five years now, and I have to say that their bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit is the second best I've ever had. The best one was on a road trip, and I can't even recall where it was, but when I took a bite, I told my husband how amazing it was. He dismissed it at first, saying, "You're just hungry," but he changed his mind when he tried it! Overall, the staff is excellent, and they always make it right if there's ever a mistake with our order.

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was hot and fresh. Despite the staff being a bit short-handed, the girl working the drive-thru and managing the orders did an excellent job. You could really tell she was giving it her all. I appreciate the fantastic service!

I had to change my 1-star review to a 5-star because they finally brought back bagels! Life is good!
