Dunkin' - Oshkosh

I'm not sure what has happened to this place, but it's simply terrible now. It seems like no one really knows what's going on. I gave the service 2 stars because at least the staff is not rude. I haven't ordered food here, but I've tried their coffee several times, and let me tell you—it's been a disappointing experience. The last few times I’ve had coffee or any other drinks, calling them awful would be an understatement. I’m not sure if they’re missing flavors or just not making them right, but it’s either overwhelmingly sweet or completely flavorless. Truly disappointing...

I wouldn't recommend trying to order a jelly donut after 9 AM because they always seem to be sold out by then, and it appears the staff can’t be bothered to restock from the freezer. A bit of foresight would truly benefit this location, but clearly, planning isn’t a priority. It's quite absurd for a business to run out of a popular item so early in the day when they're open for another 12 hours. I've heard many others express their frustration about this as well. Additionally, the employees seem more focused on chatting among themselves while there's a long line at the drive-thru. I won't be returning, much like many others who have chosen to stop visiting.

I decided to go in and place my order since the drive-thru line was long, but I should have just stayed in the car. I wasn't acknowledged until I had been standing there for a while, and I seriously considered leaving. Eventually, I placed my order for two coffees, one of them black. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for them, which is completely unacceptable for such a simple request. To make matters worse, the coffee itself wasn't even good—it was bitter and tasted off.

Dunkin' Donuts really does make quality products, I ordered 2 dozen custom made Fourth of July frosted donut rings for my coworkers at both my jobs and they were phenomenal and I don't just mean in taste, they managed to retain their shape and frosting quality as I traveled on the road and I have to ride around on a moped. Thank you everyone for making me and everybody else happy. Long Live Dunkin' Donuts.

Not my favorite coffee, but at $3, pumpkin spice latte can?t be passed by. Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely a great Dunkin location.
