Baskin-robbins - Oshkosh

Absolutely awful experience. The cone was stale, and the young man didn’t pay attention to my order. I requested a small wafer cone with caramel ice cream and another with sherbet, but he ended up putting both scoops on one cone and still charged my mom for both scoops. Additionally, the ice cream flavors shown online were not available, and their selection was very limited. I'm not a fan of this place at all. The prices are outrageous for what you receive.

I had a terrible experience at Baskin Robbins. None of the labels were accurate, and the ice cream was freezer burnt. As a pregnant woman, I was really disappointed and ended up throwing the ice cream away.

I've visited this place twice for ice cream. The first time, there were no cones available, and during my second visit, I ordered a banana split. Unfortunately, the only toppings offered were hot fudge and whipped cream. You can easily find chocolate syrup or strawberries at the store, and many other ice cream shops provide a better variety. I was really disappointed. The banana splits I got for my kids were also broken at the tip, indicating a lack of quality control. Overall, it wasn't a great experience.

Combining Baskin Robbins Carmel Macchiato Ice Cream into a Dunkin Donuts Carmel Macchiato Frappuccino was to die for! Coffee Icecream in drink form! Also if your hungry for a tasty breakfast on the go try what I tried or any of the many sandwiches they have; bacon breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread. Large Toasted sourdough sandwich with a bunch of bacon and 2 large eggs! Highly recommended!

Even if you're not going into buy anything, the smell of fresh donuts and fantastic coffee paired with the sight of happy employees is is plenty reason to go back again and again, I know I do. I always stop in just to say hi and combine ice cream flavors. By the way, always combine watermelon swirl sorbet with lemon custard followed by ice daiquiri and their new mango flavored ice cream. And a maple frosted donut doesn't hurt either.
