Contribuiți la feedbackThe bathrooms were not clean. I put down the toilet seat and it was covered in dried up urine. The other bathroom was used and the person missed the toilet. The service was cold and unfriendly. The food was better than I thought it would be. I had to use the bathroom and felt I needed to buy something. I know it 's not fine dinning, but like... Wowza. That was rough.
Service at this location is slow as hell. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order, wasn't busy either. This is the second time it's happened and both times orders we messed up as well. I did speak to a manager but my complaint was shrugged off.
Cold fries. Slow service. Tipping request at drive through card machine. This requires you to touch the card machine to void the tip. Chalupas much smaller than previous times.
This Taco Bell has served me well in the past and on my last visit another great dune in service. The restaurant has changed a lot over the last 10 years and I must say that more recent repetition is probably the best. The front lobby is large and you can easily see the menu without being on anyone. There are plenty of seats to eat. Overall, the new aesthetic looks great. The food is also in place with your typical Taco Bell visit, which means it was fantastic. You know what you get, and it has the characteristic Taco Bell taste. The server you helped me was friendly. She took my order and gave me my reception and told me about the Taco Bell customer satisfaction survey. Nice. Today I ordered the beef crunch lock with a pommes highest and a drink. Everything was great. I took a hot sauce on the side and enjoyed my lunch. Taco Bell usually doesn't disappoint.
Open later than most other fast foods next to MacDonald's Food is fresh, drinks are bubbly, the staff are polite and friendly. Great deals. Renovated restaurant that is clean and tidy. Driving thru is a little confusing, but due to the situation I can understand why. The restaurant had a tip option on its Pos system before you can pay you to choose to give a tip or not. Is that a new trend everywhere? Unbelievable I gave me a tip because they were late open and I appreciate that. I hope it goes directly to the employee.
