Subway - Oshawa

This restaurant has poor customer service and the staff is rude. They are stingy with their ingredients and argue with customers over portion sizes. I have been to many Subway locations and know how much meat should be on my sandwich. I suggest going to another sub shop instead of giving this establishment your business. They do not deserve it.

I have received stale rolls on two separate occasions at this restaurant. I recommend asking for fresh rolls to avoid getting ones that are a day old.

Service is great and food is delicious for a simple work meal. The staff is friendly and fast when processing the meal.

I have been to this restaurant 4 or 5 times and each time I have ordered a subway sandwich, it has been prepared poorly. The sauce is on one side of the bread and the vegetables are on the other, resulting in a unpleasant taste. There is an employee named HAFIZA who consistently does not make the sandwich well. One time, I asked her to put salt and pepper on my sandwich, but she put too much which made my experience even worse.

This restaurant is disgusting customer service sucks they're rude they don't give you what you want they're cheap with their products I've been to many a Subway I know how much meat I should have on my sub that this woman argues with the customer...if you can go to another sub shop this one's just not cutting it man don't give her any business doesn't deserve it
