Mcdonald's - Oshawa

I have given up going to this McDonald's as they usually get my order wrong if going through drive through..and I'm not ordering a meal...just a coffee and muffin. If you park and go in...I have been ignored...Can't be bothered.

Love the new kiosk, custom burger and get well done fries, They are great crispy and golden. The BLT is good

I'd say about 1 out of 4 visits here I will end up with my order correct. I'm not sure anyone in the store knows how to make a coffee. You order a double double and get a regular, sometimes no sugar at all! It's right down the street from my house but I will wait until I hit highway 2 in Bowmanville to get to a different McDonald's just to make sure I get a properly made coffee.Burgers are so inconsistent and it's terrible. 3 times on my way home, starving, have I gone to this location for food. The first time I ordered two of the new Mexican burger things for my fiance and I, and a happy meal for my already frustrated 2 year old. I got up to the front and was told to wait ahead as the burgers weren't ready. For TWELVE minutes I waited. I have never waited so long with an order here. Finally it arrived and the confused employee asked if we had a happy meal too. I said yes and he handed it to us and we drove home. I open up the bag and what do I find but two quarter pounders with nothing on them but a little tiny speck of ketchup and that's it. It was so dry I felt like it was made in the morning and had been sitting in the bag half the day. The order was totally wrong. The fries weren't even warm, they were stone cold. The entire meal was basically inedible. The second time I showed up was for the breakfast. Surely all the shifts can't be so consistently bad I thought. I ordered a sausage McMuffin and a large coffee and a blueberry muffin. Of course I'm asked if I wanted egg. As usual I state "if I wanted egg I would have asked you for a sausage and egg McMuffin I don't order a mcdouble at lunch and you ask 'did you mean a mcdouble hold everything but pickles add shredded lettuce big Mac sauce and a piece of bread in the middle because if I wanted that I would have ordered that." get up to the front (by the way your new drive thru is stupid) and now 6 minutes after ordering I get to the front and get my order. The coffee has no sugar. I come to expect that and have 2 packets in my glove box on standby to alleviate my anger of having to roll through their drive thru again. Next I open up my bag and find a McGriddle and a double chocolate muffin! Not what I ordered but whatever. Third time through was a few days ago. Again, 5 minutes to get through your terrible drive thru window. I'm just ordering a big Mac meal with a large fries. I get up to the front, food is actually ready for once. This time I check my entire order before I pull away. I get a look from the girl at the window like I'm an idiot. Ya lady, I know how you people don't know your job, excuse me for not wanting to get screwed over by the Ritson Road McDonald's a third time in a month. Holy! The order is correct. Miracles do happen! This may be the worst location that I've been to. The service sucks, the staff may be the most useless alive. Literally go to any other McDonald's in Durham before this one.

New drive thru here is ridiculous. People don't know how to get onto it. Parking lot is a mess. Inside isn't much better it is so unorganized it isn't funny. The changes they made were not for the better.

I went in to sit down and eat, rather then drive through... I ordered my Big Mac Meal, forgot to tell them no pickles went to remove them and there where white worms crawling out of my meet. When I spoke with the Manager and brought it to her attention she offered to make me a new one... REAL!!!! I was not going to eat anything from here. I asked for my money back and I was told the best she could do was to offer me a free meal to replace the one that was wrong.I have never eaten in a Mac Donalds since..
