Mcdonald's - Osceola

I ordered in App at 1015 pm got the text that they received my order and to proceed to the restaurant only to get there and mysteriously no one answered the drive thru the doors were locked and it looked like a ghost town. So I drive to the window and get someone to come to the window for them to tell me that didn't have my order. They were. At 10330 pm closed to customers Period!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and the manager was the one the fella was talking to for him to say that that didn't have my order. Sad . I know it's McDonald's but we were on a road trip and it was that or gas stations food so. The food was ok, it was hot. The REAL problem I have with EVERY MCDONALD'S are the stupid self-order kiosks. I mean WTH, didn't all the fast food workers get an increase to $15 an hour, so why the hell do I have to stand in front of a Giant touchscreen and place my order, when a competent employee can take it in less than 1/2 the time.
