On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

Just an average Mexican food, I prefer fresher taste.

Annoyed. Not ever going back. Server was clueless, Food was wrong, asked for chicken, got steak. The cook Chris decided to take off the **** steak and let the bowl sit while he cooked the chicken pick off the steak and replaced it with warm chicken and a cold rice and beans. So hood. I guess people are mad they have to do their job, SERVE THE CUSTOMER!!!

Update 4 11 2024:Tonight our server was Marissa. She was knowledgeable and funny. She anticipated our needs and was stupendous in every way. We were lucky because we also got to see Elena again. She was not serving this evening instead she was helping by running food. She caught us up on her marathon experiences, and entertained us for quite a while. She is such a powerhouse. We always feel like family when we're here. And, like most places where you feel like family, the food was amazing. Between the three of us we had tacos, fajitas, a burrito, and their queso which is always amazing. You will not leave here hungry. Everything is delicious.Update 11 22 2023:We had another amazing experience. Elena was our server. She is amazing! So attentive. She did everything even before we could all. (Is she psychic? . The food was wonderful as always. You'll want to come here, often.Update 12 16 2022:We had an out of town friend to join us for dinner and we picked on the border because we know it is one of the best places to get food. Our guest had never been here before and had an amazing time. Our server Amy Lynn was totally awesome and anticipated our every need. The food was served hot and fresh and perfect. Of course we got an order of queso with our chips and it was hot and amazing which went very well with the unusually cool weather. The drinks were great and the food was wonderful. We had an outstanding time. Thank you again Amy Lynn for taking care of us.I love going to On the border. The food is great. The portions are huge. The service is quick. The drinks are strong and refreshing. I especially love the chips and queso. One of my favorite meals is the big borderito. This burrito is gigantic and I always have leftovers. It's slightly more than a dollar more than the regular burrito but it's about three meals instead of one. I highly recommend you try it.

Not the best of the mexican foods. Salsa with nachos are watery. Queso is not so good.

We went on a Friday night and were able to walk right in and be seated. The service was decent. It wasn’t the best. For example, we ordered queso and although we asked for more chips (though they would have brought additional with the queso) they didn’t come until we were done eating. Some of the chips were extremely salty towards the end of them, but they have great chips and salsa. I had the taco salad with chicken that was really good. My husband had the chicken burrito which he said was good as well. Parking: Parking was easily accessible. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very spacious allowing for easy access.
