Contribuiți la feedbackQuite a huge store, with ample seats in level 1. There was supposedly a level 2, where the toilet was located. A code was needed to enter the toilet. You could ask the staff for the code if you had purchased from the outlet. There were lots of Starbucks items to buy. Some how, there was a books store inside the Starbucks. To hasten the queue, before even had reached counter, a staff would take your order and write it on a slip. We were to pass it to the counter staff. Overall experience was alright. Great to enjoy a cup of drink in Starbucks. OneOneNineTwo
Awful service. We asked three times for extra hot drink and every time they made it warmish. They absolutely understood English and in the end we even showed them translation, but they couldn’t be bothered. They are literally didn’t care at all. We’ve never seen such a bad Starbucks service in Japan so far.
Really enjoyed coffee here. The location is really strategic. Located in the middle of busy street Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Really easy to spot. A lot of people and also foreigners come here to take a rest after a long stroll in Osaka. Services were great, the staffs are kind-hearted, always smile. Also attached to Tsutaya, the bookstore and you can read for free while drinking starbucks.
Me and my girlfriend stayed too late in Dotonbori so we were left by the last ride of the train. We had nowhere to go. Until I remembered that there a Starbucks in Dotonbori that will stay up to most of the wee hours of the morning. We stayed there up to their closing time 3:00PM. With just two coffees we managed to stretch our consciousness and then went to Don Quijote.
This post isn't very related to Starbucks. Despite Starbucks being around for quite some time, why do people still take over 5 minutes at the cashier to place an order?
