Best Indian Restaurant In Japan! As a business man I travel all over the Japan! And as a Food lover I love to try food from all over the world specially Indian food because I lived in India for many years! I tried many Indian Restaurants in Japan but Indian Restaurant Bar Banjara in Osaka is my favorite! The shop atmosphere is excellent reminds me that I am in India. The food whatever I ordered was excellent and well prepared Staff is well behaved and friendly! I am glad that I found this Restaurant! I will go frequently here with my Indian business clients! Went here after decent online reviews and had the worst experience of our trip so far. Ordered prawn curry for main course and after waiting 45 mins despite there only being 2 occupied tables in a grim environment restaurant, our food arrived. There was TWO TINY prawns in my curry and I asked the waiter was it mistake. He said that was the portion and the starter had five. It would take 25mins if I wanted to order more. Out naan bread was raw and soggy and the waiter agreed to remove from bill. When we went to pay, the bill had the naan bread crossed out and instead said 10% tax . I refused to pay this as the tax must come from the receipt which the waiter said they did not have. He was incredibly rude and said he would call the police, which I had no issue with as the restaurant is clearly not paying their taxes and adding amounts at will under various food items on their till. Avoid, Avoid Avoid and go instead to one of the many lovely restaurants in Osaka. Horrible experience.

A few places in Osaka that satisfies the Indian-at-heart. Staff and service was good. The food was prepared relatively quickly. For cold weather outside, inside (level 6) was warm and welcoming.
