Becmar Diner - Osage

Came to town for a wedding and found this gem of place in the morning for Breakfast, great food and service.; shhhhhh 1998 prices they could triple prices

Food, service, staff and pricing was all excellent. They serve all day breakfast on Sundays and it’s absolutely delicious food. Highly recommend the biscuits gravy and the cinnamon roll pancakes. Will eat here again!

Three words. Cinnamon Roll Pancake. Friendly service, amazing food. Worth the trip.

Our group of 3 decided to try this restaurant out after trying others in the previous years attending. Place looked very busy when we walked in but 1 table just got up to leave so our wait time was minimal. Did see people waiting later while we were dining. Menu had many selections for smaller restaurant like this. Food was good, thought about getting a breakfast item like an omelet but didn't know if they serve breakfast all day. Would recommend trying the place if in the area but wouldn't make a special trip. Seemed to be short on waitstaff which is an all too common occurrence anymore. They made do with the situation so I wouldn't hold that against them in my rating. Prices were fair for the size of serving you got.

Stopped by while the fall festival was going on in Osage, so the place was busy. Service- Looked like only 1 waitress working and she was hustling and a guy (owner? cleaning tables and seating people. Waited a while for the waitress to show up to take my order and was somewhat disappointed that 2 (maybe 3 tables were serviced before me even though they came in after I was seated. She never did stop by my table and the guy finally stopped by, apologized, and took my order. The waitress did deliver my food but never checked back. Normally I would knock so dots off for this type of service but obviously they were short handed and making do with the staff they had and weren't standing around so no deduction for that. The food- Ordered a tenderloin and a 1/2 order of tator tots. The tots were done to perfection. The tenderloin, well, as a somewhat connoisseur of tenderloins I was generally disappointed. Okay, but not great. Slightly undercooked and very little flavor, could have used more seasoning. Large menu with a variety of choices so if I happen to be in the area again I would definitely stop again for lunch and try something else.
