We are from Duluth- traveling on our 9th anniversary road trip! Had dinner at Lakewood supper club! Such a beautiful space, right next to Big Stone Lake. Next to the lake, off the deck we're several very old, HUGE cotton wood and aspen trees! Service was great, as was the food. Not impressed. Went there and waited about 5 minutes before the bartender told us to find a table. Then waited 25 minutes without being asked about drinks or menus. No one stoped to say hi or say it would be a minute. Waitress was helping anothertable and never even looked our way. Wish I could say this is the first time. Definitely won?t be going back. It doesn?t matterhow busy a place is, you can at least stop by and get drinks and say it will be a minute. Otherwise, don?t allow tables to sitand wait. I?m all for waiting but we didn?t get acknowledged that we were even there. A simple ?we will be right with you? goesa long way.
