Кафе Grey - Орша

We visited the Gray establishment for the first time and it will be our last. We ordered a pizza called Boscagnolla, but they brought us a completely different pizza. The waiter insisted that it was she, but there was an error in the menu and the ingredients were mixed up, without warning about this at all before ordering. As they say: eat what you give! Then the administrator also insisted that it was Boscagnolla, but with other ingredients, plus she added that if you wanted ingredients from the supposedly Boscagnolla menu, then this is 4 seasons, absolutely ridiculous! They never offered a solution to the issue, but the staff simply went about their business with a dissatisfied face, leaving this unknown pizza on our table! We ended up refusing the pizza, paying the bill and leaving. No one even tried to apologize. There was a feeling: you didn’t like it, leave and don’t come again! I have never encountered such a service before, they wasted their time, and also left with a spoiled mood! Service: 1

Nice place. We visited the establishment very late on a weekday, so there were no other visitors. Quiet, calm. I ordered a warm salad. It was a very large portion of delicious salad. The cappuccino they make is delicious too! Perhaps it depends on the barista. The staff is friendly. I had a good impression after visiting the Gray cafe. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Был приятно удивлëн когда посетил это место впервые. Заведений такого уровня в Орше совсем не много Заказал столик что бы провести время с человеком но на первом этаже была громкая музыка, на просьбу пересесть на второй этаж, отреагировали без проблем и незамедлительно. Заведение ТОП!

Кухня фьюжн. Из того что довелось попробовать, все весьма прилично. Красивый интерьер. Клиентоориентированный персонал. Цены приемлемы

Одно из лучших заведений для соответствующего отдыха в Орше. Есть 2й этаж. Уютно и красиво внутри! Можно отлично провести время!
