Krystal.She's why all five gold stars.Because when she told us y'all don't have pastrami anymore...I mean, that hurt, Subway, I was fixing to call the cops when she recommended the roast beef instead. Almost like she knew me or something because THAT was a good call! So, even with my gf complaining not enough meat, Krystal politely, professionally and promptly built, what turned out to be, even for gf, our two really good sandwiches.You should thank her really good for the really good save.

I ordered 3 sandwiches. All 3 were not made correctly. Wrong bread and wrong topping stuff we never asked for and wouldn't eat. The receipt was correct so why couldn't the sandwiches be made correctly. I usually order from here alot now I'm rethinking about ever coming

Customer services here is way better then the one on Oro Dam Blvd. the sandwiches was good.

Subway has gone downhill.Service is amazing but this is with their changes.Recently they have discontinued Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sourdough bread. NOW they stopped carrying plain cheetos.Seems like all that was good is now discontinued. Looks like I will be searching for a new place to eat.

Whoever manages this place should be mopping the floors. These little girls working here are a joke. Literally felt like I was watching a cartoon while my wife tried to order a sandwich. I just can't believe how rude the employees are without care. They were so clueless we left hungry. Maybe if they had a video game making sandwiches these half wits could get it right....that's a big maybe. Go anywhere else to actually enjoy your lunch
