Tim Hortons - Orono

The staff was angry and the bathrooms were disgusting. One of the girls on the sandwich ball station has written on their phone with gloves on the production of food. The most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I'll never be back!!

The food here is hot and fresh. The branch is always busy and so the line ups can sometimes be right in front of the door. If that's a problem, you should go through the ride thru... it's faster for you to leave when you have the...time, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and you are never rushed to leave... it is a pleasure to stop here!

This location is with most Tim Horton's for service. The staff should really learn to hear. We had 2 adults and 2 years old. We ordered a tea, coffee and milk, we got 2 coffee and a tea, she thought I said... Coffee with milk. The child was in my arms, so she probably should have confirmed the order with me. The much greater concern is that the washroom was absolutely disgusting. I understand they're busy, and maybe washrooms are not a priority, and they should be. Most people use this place as a pit stop to fuel and the washrooms were a complete mess.

It's nice to see Tim selling a donut and donating the proceeds to the Humboldt Broncos Hockey Club. Go to Tims!

Sometimes they just dont get it and it doesn't require a degree in rocket science to do coffee right. I understand the machines are all calibrated for amount of beans and the temperature of the water determines a lot of the taste of the brew,...how much flavor in your coffee. and more no coffee in my coffee, looks dark but no smell and no taste dissapointing at $2.20 a cup.
