Papa Johns Pizza - Oro Valley

We ordered the pizza last week, which was half veggie alfredo and half superior. when I ordered the same pizza today, they told me that they can't do that I had to order two pizzas because they were 2 different sauces. I then asked to talk to the manager because the person I spoke was stubborn and that she could not do it for me. then the manager repeated the same. my thing is when they are customer-oriented, they do what the customer wants. I am willing to make the higher price for those who cost pizza sauce more, but they still refuse to do it. I know they can do it because they did it the week before, said a little girl in the cash that we can do that for her. that's the customer service! They lost my patronage because they refused to make the pizza as I wanted.

Man, I haven’t been with dad john’s for years and was recently reminded of why. the pizza was boiled, superbland and simply not good. the first time I threw the half of the pizza away because it was rough. food: 2/5

So I ordered a day in advance with papa john’s call center for a work event. I have to load in to get our lunch early if something went wrong. Not only was my order wrong, but they didn't make any pizza! So I sat there waiting for them to do the other. it was more expensive and everything; it was not what the lady quoted me about the phone. to the luck worked james, the general manager, and made it right. I hope his business will not be deceived because it was 100% not his fault. I hadn't ordered for years at dad john's. it will probably be a few more before I forget and order them again.

It's a real disappointment this is the closest papa johns to me because I love there pizza but they can never seem to get my order right. Literally every time I come here. I recommend you check your order before leaving the store if you come here!!

Sadly it has been going down hill for a year or two. Today was my last order it was just terrible. I deleted the App. I guess when you lose your founder you lose your path. Marco’s is the replacement.
