Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Autumn was fantastic! She quickly resolved a minor issue and did not make us feel bad about it. My friend and I come here every week because we love the high quality of food and service. We give this restaurant 5 stars and will definitely be returning in the future.

That was the best burger I've had in a long time! My wife and I both enjoyed our meals at Freddy's. We arrived at the restaurant for its opening, but the grill was not ready. We agreed to wait and were given cups for drinks. The manager took our order and once the grill was ready, our burgers were cooked and served to us promptly. To our surprise, we were not charged for our meal because of the delay in preparing the grill. We offered to pay, but they insisted that it was on the house. We thanked them and savored every bite of our delicious burgers. Maybe it was the wait or the free meal, but Freddy's burgers were exceptional that day. Thank you, Freddy's, we appreciate your generosity!

I ordered the double steakburger and was impressed with how delicious it was, as well as the thin and crispy fries. The Vanilla Custard Sundae I had was also delightful. I continue to eat here at least once a month and always order the same thing, which is consistently fresh. The food is always prepared exactly as I requested and the staff is always polite. I appreciate the consistency, especially during this time. Thank you.

This place always is pretty clean and has fast service and some friendly smiles behind the counters. The chocolate custard is miles above any DQ product.
