Mcdonald's - Ormond Beach

There was a nice lady that helped me at the kiosk. My biggest complaint is that I ordered a Happy Meal for a boy and got a troll with a pink bow, big eyelashes and a pink nose. when I asked for a boy toy, I was told that it was a boy toy. To me, a toy with a pink hair bow screams girl toy. I think they should have trolls to give to the boys or give the boys another option. Needless to say, I ended up without a toy. The food and the service was good. There were people smoking by the walkway and you had to inhale their smoke to get to you car, so a designated smoking area away from where non smokers walk would be nice. Other than the happy meal toy, I was happy with my service.

The SLOWEST service ever at a McDonald's and our food was COLD! Nothing exotic either...quarter pounders fries.

They are great and honest. Help some important things I left there

I've always liked the fries at McDonald's but the burger that another story. I'm happy because the Mac Rib is back, I can eat three of them. The restaurant is always clean, even the bathroom . The people in the restaurant take their time in making every customer happy. They should have giveaways for the fifth customer in line because sometimes the drive thru can be busy. GREAT PEOPLE!

Clean and open environment. Staff was friendly and personable despite being very busy. This is a location off the main highway so you do have large crowds. Service is otherwise fast. Everything was clean and neat. All kiosks were working.
