Alfredo - Orlova

One would wonder why I give 4 stars and still write a review. It's Friday and I'm going out for pizza with the kids. I order a pizza and a simple salad with pork tenderloin. The pizza comes fairly quickly, along with Kofola, water and red wine. The pizza is long gone, but I'm still waiting for the salad. I order a second glass of red wine. It comes fast but is ice cold – the way white wine should be. I ask about my salad nothing. I angrily order the bill without paying for the wine and salad. It was accepted and the attendant apologized. The waitress knew full well that red wine should not be cold, and yet she served it that way. I'm normally very generous because I know the wait staff doesn't make much. But today there was no tip. Nevertheless, people had fun because I'm a foreigner and I don't speak 100% Czech. A sad picture of Czech gastronomy. Unfortunately, there is nothing better in Orlová. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

After arriving at the restaurant, we sat down and the waitress asked us what we would like to drink. I said I don't know yet and I'll look in the ticket. Drinks are not written on the lunch menu. So I went to the bar and asked the waiter for the menu. The service was unpleasant and she had to ask the kitchen if I could even get a menu. The ticket was brought to me later and the service was still unpleasant. Unfortunately, this experience is not the first and I really sometimes feel like I want to change the battery in the car after the service. Never again to Alfredo. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place, fast and friendly service, tasty dishes and delicious beer. Warm from the fireplace. I definitely recommend it.
