Clean well kept Starbucks with large seating area inside outside+ drive thru. Staff were very sweet welcoming really great with my puppy! ???????? They prepared him an adorable pup cup with some doggy treats he loved it! Can't wait to go back there with him ????

I applied to this location a little over a week ago and hadn 't heard back as of the time of this review. I was in the area a bit after store hours and figured I would stop by to inquire as to where the store was in the hiring process. I was at the door and casually waited as I noticed some people behind the counter until they notice me. As soon as the girl noticed I was there, she threw up her hands in protest and made a scene in front of her other coworkers because I was there and wanted to ask a question. She stormed over to the locked door to begrudgingly ask what I wanted but obviously she couldn 't hear what I had to say. She cracked the door open to hear my request about where the store was in the hiring process and instinctively answered not a good time my friend as she right away locked the door and walked away. I have never been in such a situation as a hopeful future employee to be met with such aggression and belittlement. Absolutely shocking... I hope the store manager managed to capture this on camera. If I get a call back from this location over the next while, I won 't be following up. Left a really sour taste in my mouth about hoping to work for Starbucks one day. Clearly the smiles customers see during the working day is just a false facade.

Staff greeted me upon entry to let me know he would take my order momentarily. I love this! Far too often I walk into a place and the staff do not acknowledge the customer when they are busy. I find the acoustics of the space create lots of echo and a few of the staff were a bit boisterous or maybe it was just that the space echoes/amplifies every sound and word made from behind the counter.
