This restaurant has declined significantly since changing ownership. The cleanliness, atmosphere, and friendly staff have all suffered. I recommend going to Bridgehead or Diucks instead. Trust me!

When I visit the city for evening walks, I always like to have a double espresso that is hot, fresh, and super tasty. My wife can choose from a good selection of teas. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast.

However, the place now seems to have a different vibe since the new owner, a businessman, took over. He has made some improvements and it shows. Although it is still a nice place, it no longer feels like a cozy neighborhood coffee shop. The new staff seems to be making an effort to be welcoming, and the coffee and food are similar to other chain restaurants. One positive aspect is the loyalty program, which allows customers to earn free coffee with each visit. They also offer lactose-free milk, which is a plus for those with lactose intolerance. Overall, the coffee is consistently good and the service is decent. It may not be exceptional, but it's a decent choice for now.
