Gabriel Pizza - Orleans

I ordered a small deluxe pizza (my usual order) from this restaurant. The portion was so tiny that I thought they sent me a mini size by mistake. Although there were many toppings, the pizza was lacking in ingredients. I paid over $28 for this disappointing meal, including delivery and tip. I am so disappointed, I think I will order from a different restaurant in the future.

I am never disappointed when I dine here! The food is always prepared beautifully and the suppliers are very attentive to customer preferences. This is my go-to place for a delicious club sandwich!

We placed an online order and included special instructions for one of our pizzas before leaving. We double-checked to ensure the order was correct. However, upon receiving our pizza, we found that our special instructions had not been followed. When we inquired with the person who gave us the pizza, we were informed that the notes left in the online order are not read by the chefs. They advised contacting them directly for special instructions, but communication was difficult due to a language barrier and lengthy wait times over the phone. This experience left us extremely disappointed. In the past, our pizza was also burnt and when we raised concerns, we were dismissed and told that's how they make pizza. We do not recommend visiting this place.

We've been ordering here for years. fairly weekly. even with a mixup; they made sure we get our meal. Thank you. very appreciated.
