Contribuiți la feedbackThis place is dirty behind the register. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich (made good). I wait for hot fresh food and still gave me old food. then they gave me my drink with something floating on the floor? I think it was discriminatory.
Eating here can be hit or miss. The fries are often not fresh, and they usually forget to add salt. It’s not that they don't use salt at all; they just seem to overlook it most of the time. As for the drive-thru, it’s a disaster—I've waited around 30 minutes just to get my order. It’s really frustrating! They need to concentrate on making the drive-thru experience better. Meanwhile, people are parking all over the place waiting for their food. We’ve started ordering our drinks early so that the ice melts by the time we eat, which is just silly. Most of the menu features chicken and double stacks, with biggie bags being particularly popular. They really need to organize their back-of-house operations, as this disorganization isn’t good for business. If their current team can’t handle it, they should consider bringing in a more efficient crew.
Every time I visit this restaurant, my meal is either incorrect or served cold and stale. On one occasion, the manager accused me of something and explained that she couldn't issue a refund because I had paid with a card. However, she did refund me in cash, which was the option I preferred. I really dislike that this is the only place available when I'm traveling on the autobahn. It's the worst experience, and I believe the manager should be fired. Today, I ordered a honey biscuit, but I had to send it back because it was missing the honey.
The workers were very rude, acting as if they were doing me a favor after I spent my hard-earned money. Whoever was at the drive-thru window today at 2:26, along with their sidekick with red hair, both had smart attitudes and unprofessional behavior. When I asked about the fresh fries, they told me it would take 2 minutes to get them ready, but their tone was quite dismissive.
Worst experience ever today. I usually stop here since location is close to home. Never again. I stopped coming here a few years ago and only revisited during Covid but today was it. No one seems to know what they are doing. You ask a question and get no where. If you are wanting to get points for purchases go somewhere else. The scanner has not worked since June 21. No one seems to have a clue. Ask for a receipt since that is the only way to collect points within 24 hours. Forget about calling customer service since they do not answer the phone or respond to emails.The food is usually good. The apple pecan salad is always tasty but the customer service is just awful. No wonder Wendy's is in trouble.
