Wendy's - Orlando

We wait for 40 min in the line, when finally is my turn the lady told us the system is down. really I lost 40 min in line and we don't eat ? fast food is 3 min for client. please manager do you work.

The employees are clueless, no people or customer service skills. I had to ask the cashier gentleman are you going to take my order? He quietly mumbled yea. Really Wendy's get your act together this is not what the founder would want to see.

What a teufel. my chilli gets korrercly! it spills over my t shirt, and they don't kick the frits in a bag

I forgot my fries (I should check) but the food...mmm... this mac and cheese...ab the chain delicious!

That's the worst wendys I've ever visited. they don't deserve a star. all the food was terrible. the baked kartoffel was in any case on the day old. Do you know that cuddly flavored apples get after the cool and reheat? it was disgusting. I asked for additional cracker with my chili and was said they are not allowed to give more that 2 packages and if I offered to pay for extras, they said there is no button on their system to bang cracker. I asked for ketchup only on the cheeseburger of my daughter and was told that it only comes with ketchup anyway. Once they unfolded, we found it covered with whirl and pick and without ketchup on them at all. the pommes were cold. the beaker where my drink was served was covered with a little greasy, which I suspect they go from the hands of the food to the drink station without washing in between. also the manager or layer manager or whatever it was (the with the gold teeth) was very rude and unprofessional at the window. I have never been disappointed by a wendy’s restaurant in my life, so it was always my way to almost food. I was very disappointed at this special restaurant. all terrible places to spend their money.
