Wendy's - Orlando

This Wendy's location is seriously underperforming, with a constant turnover of employees who seem untrained. Not only have I had to wait around 10 minutes in the drive-thru, but they've also messed up my orders, forcing me to get back in line and wait another 10 minutes just to fix it. I won't be coming back to this place; I've had too many bad experiences.

This place is consistently very slow. I've waited over 20 minutes with just three cars ahead of me. They often run out of menu items. I prefer to go to a different location because this one really needs a lot of improvement.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The front-of-house staff were unhelpful and insisted that customers use the touchscreen to place their orders. When it came to paying with cash, it created confusion because no one seemed to know how to handle it. Additionally, the area is plagued by homelessness, with at least two individuals asking for money while I was there. I believe this location should just close; it's quite disappointing and the service was incredibly slow.

Fries were cold and tasteless, service was quite delayed although I went around 2 pm (not during the lunch break,) restaurant personal was disorganized, and unsafe what they did. maybe they were new? the counter was greasy and pretty dirty, and the floor was super slippery, definitely has to be cleaned. not back to this place. dissatisfied!

I went there last night, waited about 30 minutes to get nothing but cold food. I didn't check the bag when it was handed to me and I live literally 5 mns away so I know it didn't get that cold on the way. I legit believe my burger was grabbed from a fridge and handed to me.
