FoodieIQ Score: Falafel 7.3/10 (Great! Chicken tinga bowl 5.2/10 (Good! This place is a Mexican-Mediterranean fusion restaurant that serves food as a bowl, burrito, taco, or quesadilla so very similar to Chipotle style (ex: pick a base, beans, protein, toppings, and sauce . The main difference is that they also have shrimp, chicken tinga, lamb, Mahi Mahi, and falafel! I decided to get the falafel and boy did it not disappoint. This thing was fried to perfection! I will definitely be back for this and it would've gotten a higher score if it wasn't so salty! This is a must try if you ever come here cause it was one of the best falafel I've had in Orlando. The chicken tinga bowl I had was good but not anything special . The chicken tinga was served as shredded chicken and it had some kick to it but it wasn't a flavorful kick just more of a spicy kick which really hurt the score. The cilantro lime rice was a little undercooked and the black beans were regular. The tomato salsa and the corn salsa were definitely better than Chipotle's in my opinion. It tasted fresher and cleaner so I def recommend you try it. Overall, I don't believe I got the best bowl but I will be back to try the lamb , fish, shrimp, Mediterranean chicken, and of course the Baba baklava!
Chicken bowl was so good, but the shrimp tacos are the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had! Got the “Must Try Churros” (not pictured) and I couldn’t agree more with sign. You have to try them! They are made fresh to order and come with four in an order! Found myself getting more and more annoyed while eating because I would have to come all the way to Orlando just to eat this food again. I’ll just have to come back!!! SO GOOD!!!
The food was really good well seasoned and service was outstanding. Will definitely visit back! ?
I order this as a quick little meal because I hadn't eaten all day and didn't want to drive across town to another vegan spot. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was so good. It's a spin on middle eastern and Mexican fast food. Got a vegan shawarma bowl, it had yellow rice, spiced seitan strips, potatoes, salad, humus, pickled onions, chick peas and a garlic sauce on top. I had already eaten most of it before I remembered to take a photo so this is it all sort of mixed together.
